Billing and Plans

Probapedia is a subscription-based analytical service with optional one-time credit top-ups. All billing is handled securely by our independent payment processor. We never store your full card details on our servers.

1. Subscription Tiers

Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Each tier provides a specific amount of monthly text and vision credits, access to specific analytical engines, and a daily usage cap.

  • Retail Node: Foundational access to ProbaCore Lite.
  • Alpha Trader: Expanded access including the QuantPro Matrix engine.
  • Quant Suite: Full access including the ScriptArchitect engine for code and logic.
  • Institutional Desk: Maximum capacity for research desks and high-volume teams.

2. Upgrades and Downgrades

You can change your subscription tier at any time from the Account page.

  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle, and your new monthly credits are applied instantly.
  • Downgrades: Take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain access to your current tier until the cycle ends.

3. Top-Ups

Top-up packs (Micro, Growth, Whale) are one-time purchases that add non-expiring credits to your account. These are useful if you exhaust your monthly subscription credits. Top-up credits are consumed only after your subscription credits are depleted.

4. Day Passes

A Day Pass is a one-time purchase that boosts your daily usage cap for the current calendar day only. It does not affect your monthly credit balance. The daily cap resets at midnight.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page. Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access to your current subscription tier until the end of your paid billing cycle.

6. Refund Policy

Subscription charges and top-ups are subject to our Refund Policy. Generally, first charges are eligible for a refund within 14 days if usage is below specific thresholds, in accordance with EU and UK consumer protection laws. For full details, refer to the Refund Policy linked in the footer.
